The London Oxen Interchange (LSE) has agreed a pooling with TMX Class, which operates the Toronto House Exchange.
The merged body will watch over headquarters in both London and Toronto and become the men's largest disagreement for mining companies.
More than 6,700 companies will be listed on the combined exchanges, with a superstore capitalisation of down Ј3.7 trillion ($5.9tn), the firms said.
